I have trouble understanding how Monty Lankford has raise more money than Lincoln for the Congressional race. Lankford doesn't even live in our district. I need to know more about this deal. Crete moves into land not in the Roane County Industrial area and we donate land for their wastewater? Donate? Why not charge them the going rate for the land?
