In case you weren’t clear on this:

Terry Frank is NOT in favor of Bredesen’s plan for universal pre-K for Tennessee kids.

Someone needs to keep Bredesen off his high horse. Not everyone thinks the state is the answer to cure all of mankind. And in fact, Governor, the latest Pre-K Study showed that some children, namely black boys, were HARMED by their exposure to your Pre-K, instead of helped. (Pre-K study:prek2007.pdf)

Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bunker Bredesen, and now, GOP Education Chairwoman Senator Jamie Woodson, are all out there selling the statist wares that if the public education system can’t do their jobs in K-12, then we’ll add another year.

If there is extra money laying around Nashville for education, committing the state to a recurring expansion isn’t the wisest choice, especially when the results are dubious.
