He’s making steps in that direction:
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - After a failed run for president, Fred Thompson is getting back to pretending to be commander in chief. Hollywood’s high-powered William Morris Agency announced this week that it has signed the actor/politician, signaling a return to the screen for the former senator from Tennessee.

The spin of the MSM, pundits and competition combined with the Liberal manipulation of our elective process and the Republican party itself is to blame for Fred’s withdrawal immediately after the first republican state had a chance to vote…the next state to vote reported Fred would have been the winner had he stayed in.
Where the Associated Press, who broke this story and added their slanted verbiage, was instrumental in swaying public opinion against Fred yet, had the public lifted a single finger to find out who he was on their own they would have learned what a fantastic president he would make;
