		<description>Everyone knows that just filing to run is great advertising.  I believe Mr. - sorry, LT.  Tuke is sincere about what he says, but unless there's an immense coattail effect or some accident, he doesn't have a chance.

Interesting that his main opponent has the same relationship with Sen. Clinton as Lt. Tuke does with Sen. Obama.</description>
