While this certainly sounds like a great idea for the Oak Ridge community, I am always amused when nouns (”vision”) are turned into verbs like this. I mean, who decides? Can any noun become a verb in the right hands? Anybody got any ideas for another verbification that might be similarly monetizable?
A New York City firm billed as having extensive Tennessee experience is being endorsed to oversee an effort to hammer out a long-term vision for the Atomic City.
The recommendation to hire the consulting firm ACP Visioning & Planning Ltd. will go before City Council April 21, City Manager James R. O’Connor said Monday.
That firm was one of 11 companies that submitted proposals in February for what Mayor Tom Beehan calls a “visioning study.”
ACP’s quote for its work as facilitator: $109,932.
“The bid was not the issue. It was the qualifications,” O’Connor said. “They have good experience in this.”

I assume your use of “monetizable” was tongue-in-cheek….
