		<description>I agree that it makes good business sense.  However, does it make sense that we have to MAKE businesses do this?  I just have a problem with government telling businesses what they have to do.  If it makes sense for the business, they will do it.  However, they may offer other benefits instead that will now be cut.  Just a thought when you start forcing people to do things.</description>
