UT Law Professor Ben Barton (whom a female law student recently told me is referred to as “Professor McDreamy” around campus) apparently got a mohawk today as part of a fundraising effort, according to this e-mail:
Subject: And Let the Curly Locks Be Shorn
To the Law School Community:
At high noon tomorrow, Thursday April 24, on the College of Law patio outside the Student Commons, Professor Heminway and I, having paid in full the consideration agreed in exchange for Professor Barton’s promise to allow us to give him a Mohawk, will work our tonsorial magic on Professor Barton’s curly coiffure. Please join us in the spirit of the Allen Novack auction and the good causes it supports that have made this “happening” possible.

I wonder what his wife, Knox County School Board member Indya Kincannon thinks of his new look?

What, no pic? Sheesh….
Rosignol:
Pic here, where he’s compared to Justin Timberlake. Now, I guess, he looks like Justin Timberlake with a mohawk . . .

Glenn,
I wanted a picture of him after the Mohawk, not before.
