It was when he was being indicted for standing up and shooting a pistol at some truckdriver who'd blocked him in -- out of the sunroof of his Mercedes. He stood on the Senate floor and said "Ain't nobody questioning my integrity except the THP, the TBI, the FBI and the Newwwwwwws Media." He got acquitted.
