My concern is really on infrastructure. It really does not bother me what goes on inside of the resort. My concern is with the roads and utilities. Roane County did not even pave Bluff View Rd. An individual that lives in the area did it on his own with his own money. If you go to map quest you will see a road called Bluff View Dr. This road does not exist on the Black Oak side. Settlers Road dead ends and does not loop back around. This was never completed back in the 1970’s I do not want this area to be zoned commercial unless Roane County is planning on updating the road ways and utilities in the area. One, the Cherokee Lodge, hosts Christian Naturist events, and the other site is the Timberline Resort.
