I can't say that I support their end goal of getting him kicked out of office, but I do sympathize and respect their desire to voice their frustration. County Commission has the role of acting as the counterweight to the mayor. It's time for the commission to step up and either demand change or serve as a bulwark for the community as a protection against failing leadership.
