You’ve done a great job with Knoxville Talks. You’ve left some hefty shoes to fill, and I hope whoever follows you isn’t overwhelmed by the enormity of the task of filling them.

I am, like others who have commented on this, your last post to KT, looking forward to whatever your next contribution to the blogosphere will be.

Best of luck in the new venture. I’m sure we’ll be hearing from you soon in regards to your new projects. Thanks, also, for linking to so many of our photos. We are glad you have enjoyed them and thought them worthy of sharing with our fellow readers of Knoxville Talks.

R. Neal’s personal rant forum, where he kicked off a number of bloggers, whom he had invited to contribute, simply because they hold differing viewpoints than he … including some that never posted those views over there, just that they align differently politically on their own time and sites.

The R. Neal that has a cadre of secret moderators that sift through the comments and delete without explanation the ones that don’t conform with his idea of “progressive” thought???

Yes, the R. Neal that firmly espouses the notion of “speech is free unless we disagree” … ironically, his web site is as welcoming of dissenting viewpoints as Stacey Campfield’s.

It is his prerogative to run his site how he sees fit, I’m just guffawing at it being held out as representative of a “rich and varied” blogosphere.

Good luck out there, Katie. I do hope that this new position can make use of your talents and experience, and that we can continue to enjoy the same. You truly rock on the pop culture and family commentary, and I hope we get to see more of that!
