Details here.  It sounds really interesting.  If only there were some publisher in North America, headquartered perhaps in some midwest state, that carried TVZ publications that an interested soul could order it from… Anyone know of such a wondrous publishing house?  And if this is the same as the 2005 volume of the same title, author, etc.? Today over 30 members of the Knox County Democratic Party participated in the Farragut Parade. We had 5 cars, a biodeisel bus, and a float carrying the Statue of Liberty.
